Every call, text and recording lands on the case.
Calls match to the client by caller ID. Texts sit in the case thread. Recordings and body-cam video play right where you work, from the office or from your phone.
Built first with a California criminal and traffic defense practice.

The record of a case is mostly conversations. Keep them with the case.
Communication on the case
Texts, calls and recordings are saved to the matter automatically, so nobody searches a phone for what a client said last week.
Evidence you can watch anywhere
Dashcam and body-cam discovery plays in the browser. Attorneys review from home, court or the road without a VPN.
Security you can explain to a client
Each firm's data is isolated, access is logged, and sign-in requires a second factor. Evidence is hashed when it arrives.
Built on your firm's existing phone system
Lexsight connects to Intermedia Elevate, so staff keep their numbers, their caller ID and their phones. The case is where the activity lands.
A call arrives
An inbound or outbound call on the firm line starts a record.
Caller ID finds the client
The number is matched to a client profile. Unknown numbers can be assigned in one click.
The case opens
Staff see who is calling and which matters are open before they pick up.
Everything is saved
The call, notes and recording attach to the case, with texts in the same thread.
Recording uses the firm's own consent settings. California requires consent from everyone on a recorded call, so Lexsight is designed to show the announcement setting and log consent. Texting follows carrier registration rules for business messaging.
Review discovery video where the case lives
- Plays in the browser. Police video is converted to a standard format and streamed, and the original file is kept untouched.
- Timestamped notes. Mark the moment that matters and write what it shows, attached to the matter.
- Proof it has not changed. A fingerprint is recorded when a file arrives, and every view is logged.
- Restricted files stay put. Material under a protective order can be flagged so it never leaves the firm's own storage.
Officer states reason for stop.
Field sobriety instructions given. Compare with report.

The whole case in your pocket
- Full case details. Contacts, dates, notes, evidence and the conversation history.
- Call as the firm. Outgoing calls and texts show the firm's number, not a personal one.
- Start a video meeting. Create a meeting with a client from the case and have it logged there.
- Hearing day ready. Next court date, department and client contact one tap away.
Designed for confidential client data
Law firms owe their clients confidentiality, so the platform is built around it from the first line.
One firm, one boundary
Every record belongs to a single firm, and matter-level access can exclude a person from a single case.
Second factor required
Staff sign in with an authenticator app. There is no open sign-up; firm admins invite their own users.
Every view is logged
An audit trail records who opened, changed or downloaded each client and evidence file.
Encrypted and kept in the US
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on AWS infrastructure in US regions.
Compliance: a SOC 2 audit is on the roadmap. Lexsight does not hold any security certification yet and will say so plainly until it does.

Questions firms ask
Do we have to change our phone system?
No. Lexsight is designed to work with your existing Intermedia Elevate numbers, caller ID and phones. Staff keep how they call and text today.
Where is our evidence stored?
In storage dedicated to your firm in a US region, encrypted, with a fingerprint recorded on arrival. Files under a protective order can be flagged to stay on your own equipment.
Can attorneys use it away from the office?
Yes. The web app and the planned iPhone app work from anywhere with a sign-in and a second factor. No VPN is needed.
Is it ready to use today?
Not yet. This page describes a product in early development, and the roadmap above shows what exists. Early-access firms help shape what ships first.
